At Cozie Homes, we specialise in holiday rentals that delight guests and maximise owner returns. To keep our properties in top shape, we’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities across our growing holiday rental portfolio.

The Role:
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll blend office coordination with regular site visits, ensuring properties are well-maintained, repairs are promptly addressed, and contractors are managed efficiently. You’ll be a key player in maintaining property quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of holiday rental properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.

Coordinate and liaise with trusted contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers for timely repairs and upkeep.

Manage maintenance schedules, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure work is completed to high standards.

Handle small repairs and troubleshooting on-site when possible.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and contractor performance.

Work closely with property managers and the marketing team to prepare properties for guest stays.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Manage emergency maintenance issues with speed and professionalism.

About You:

Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.

Skilled at managing contractors and prioritising multiple jobs.

Hands-on, practical approach with ability to perform small repairs yourself.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in residential or holiday rental properties.
