Nanny / House Manager – Join Our Family!
Location: Broadbeach Waters, QLD
Start Date: At your earliest convenience
Approx. 35 hours per week.
We are a warm and busy family (CEO and doctor) based in Broadbeach Waters looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Nanny / House Manager to help care for our two beautiful children – a sweet 13-month-old daughter and a curious, loving 5-year-old son – and keep our household running smoothly.
About the Role:
This is a varied and rewarding position that blends childcare, home management, and personal assistant responsibilities. You’ll play a vital role in creating a calm, organised, and supportive environment for our family.
We have advertised the casual rate of pay however we would be open to offer the role as permanent part time. We are also open to someone who is a sole trader with an ABN.
Preferred Weekly Schedule (Flexible/Negotiable):
Monday: 6:30 am – 10:30 am & 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Tuesday: 6:30 am – 10:30 am
Wednesday: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Thursday: 6:30 am – 10:30 am & 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Friday: 6:30 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities Include:
Caring for our toddler and supporting before/after school routines for our 5-year-old
School and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups
Preparing lunchboxes and healthy snacks
Grocery shopping and running errands
Household laundry – washing, folding, and putting away
Light household tidying and maintaining organised spaces
Decluttering and managing household storage
Family calendar coordination and appointment scheduling
Walking our friendly dog and caring for pets
Liaising with trades and overseeing home maintenance
Assisting with travel bookings and holiday planning
Online shopping and parcel organisation
Light meal prep and kitchen support
Basic admin tasks – filing, printing, or household organisation
You Are:
Experienced with young children and confident caring for a toddler
Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Reliable, warm, and calm under pressure
Comfortable with pets and being outdoors
Tech-savvy and confident managing household logistics
Holder of a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Bonus Points For:
Prior nanny/house manager or personal assistant experience
First Aid certification and Working With Children Check
Willingness to occasionally support outside regular hours
