We are a warm and busy family based in Clear Island Waters, seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Nanny / House Manager to help care for our two beautiful children, a sweet 4-month-old baby and an energetic, curious 3-year-old.

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding part-time position that blends childcare, home management, and family support. You’ll play a key role in creating a calm, organised, and nurturing environment for our young children while supporting the daily rhythm of our home.

We are ideally looking for someone available on the following schedule:

Mondays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Fridays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Additionally, the ability and willingness to travel with our family on holidays (domestic and international) is essential. All travel expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Caring for our infant and toddler with a loving, attentive approach

Supporting nap times, feeding schedules, play-based learning, and age-appropriate activities

Preparing healthy meals, snacks, and lunchboxes

Light household laundry – washing, folding, and organising children’s clothes

General household tidying, keeping children’s areas clean and organised

Grocery shopping, running errands, and parcel organisation

Helping with basic household coordination (e.g., trades, maintenance, online orders)

Assisting with light meal prep and simple household admin

Coordinating family appointments and maintaining our household calendar

Occasional support outside regular hours (with notice), especially for travel

You Are:

Experienced with young children, including infants

Exceptionally organised, proactive, and trustworthy

Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once

Treat our home like your own, proactive attitude.

Warm, calm, and adaptable, with a love for supporting family life

Confident managing the flow of a household

Comfortable around pets and happy to be outdoors

Tech-savvy and a confident communicator

Holder of a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Bonus Points For:

Previous nanny / house manager or family assistant experience

Current First Aid certification and Working With Children Check

Willingness to travel and occasionally offer flexibility outside regular hours
