We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Food Processing Manager to lead operations at our seafood processing facility in Huskisson, NSW.

This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-quality environment – suited only to those with proven experience in food manufacturing and a deep understanding of best practice processing, compliance and efficiency.

We’re part of Blue Harvest, a national seafood business known for premium shellfish and a strong commitment to sustainability. Our Huskisson facility processes live mussels and oysters, frozen and fresh seafood, and a growing range of high-value marine bio products – including mussel powder, pet food ingredients, and calcium-rich shell grit.

We operate on a circular production model, making full use of every part of the animal to maximise value and minimise waste. We care about quality, traceability, and doing things the right way – for our customers and the environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site – leading a team, managing product flow, ensuring food safety and quality standards are upheld, and driving efficiency across the board. You'll bring structure, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset, while also building a positive, can-do culture on the floor.

What You’ll Need

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in food processing, manufacturing or seafood

Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, traceability and compliance

A proven ability to manage people and lead from the floor

Understanding of production flows and efficiency optimisation

A genuine interest in sustainable, innovative food production

Salary is negotiable within the range of $86K–$130K plus super and other benefits based on experience.
