Bright Spark Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable national Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to recruit an experienced and passionate trainer for pre-employment short courses across Launceston and the northwest of Tasmania, including travel to Burnie and surrounding areas. All travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

About the Role

Delivery: Typically 5-day pre-employment short courses, typically aligned to a single BSB unit

Focus Areas may include: Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, Job Confidence, Introduction to Retail, Introduction to Individual Support, Recreate Your Career

Location: Based in Launceston, with regular travel to Burnie and other areas across northern Tasmania (all travel and accommodation covered).

What You’ll Bring

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

Minimum Certificate III in Business, Retail, or similar vocational area

Ideally experience delivering digital literacy, employability skills, or other work-readiness training

A supportive, learner-centred approach and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students

Industry currency and a genuine interest in adult education
