What will your day-to-day look like?

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis using the latest in examination equipment (Observ-520)
• Design and implement customized skincare regimes using premium product ranges exclusive to our clinics in our areas.
• Perform clinical facial treatments, including a range of Peels including Lira & Bio-Repeel, BroadBand Light (BBL), Skin Needling with DermaPen4, Helalite II LED, Laser Genesis by Cutera, HydraFacial.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry advances and continuously enhance your skills.
• Utilize your passion for skincare to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our clients.
• Make the most appropriate recommendations for treatment & product add-ons
• Conduct comprehensive Laser Hair Removal consultations
• Perform Laser Hair Removal with our Cynosure Elite Plus Laser machine.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

For Skin & Laser Therapists: Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

For Dermal Therapists: Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of skin concerns, treatment protocols, and skincare ingredients.

Ability to assess skin conditions and tailor treatment plans for optimal client results.

Proven experience performing a range of skin and laser treatments, including chemical peels, laser hair removal, skin needling, LED therapy, and advanced facials.

Client & Recommendation Skills:

Confidence in conducting professional consultations, explaining treatment benefits, and making personalized recommendations.

Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.

Comfortable achieving individual KPI's (training provided).

Professionalism & Performance:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a premium client experience-focused approach.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Passion for continued education and staying up to date with industry advancements
