About the role

JN DENTAL LAB' is seeking experienced Dental Technicians to join our dynamic team in Blackburn North, Victoria. This full-time & PART TIME role is responsible for providing high-quality dental laboratory services and utilising the latest CAD-CAM(IMPLANT)and ceramic technologies to craft superior dental prosthetics.

What you'll be doing

Fabricating a variety of dental restorations and appliances such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and IMPLANT using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques

Operating and maintaining CAD-CAM software and hardware to design and produce dental prosthetics

Mastering ceramic layering and shaping techniques to create natural-looking, aesthetically pleasing dental products

Collaborating closely with dentists to understand their requirements and ensure patient satisfaction

Maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the production process

Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

What we're looking for

Recognised qualifications in dental technology or a related field

Minimum 7years of experience as a dental technician, with demonstrated expertise in CAD-CAM and ceramics

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions

Effective communication skills to liaise with dentists and other team members

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
