About the Role
We’re looking for a Centre Director who can foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment and who can:
Lead a team of educators to deliver safe, inclusive, high-quality learning
Build a positive workplace culture with clear communication and support
Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies
Manage operational tasks including rosters, budgets, and team development
Embed a values-led approach to early learning and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or similar leadership role
Full Australian working rights
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A strong understanding of child development, NQF, and ECE regulations
Leadership that motivates and inspires educators
Knowledge of financial, operational, and administrative systems
Willingness to relocate to Newman, WA
