Transport Coordinator / Logistics Admin
Location: Dandenong South
About the Role (On-Hire): We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator / Logistics Admin to join our established team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing bookings, facilitating customer communication, and efficiently resolving logistical challenges. Your ability to maintain strong customer relationships while overseeing transport operations will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including booking management and direct customer interaction.
Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, particularly those related to delivery issues.
Collaborate with the transport team to schedule truck bookings and manage resource allocation.
Process bookings through the online portal, ensuring all steps are taken to facilitate smooth order management.
Exhibit a professional, composed, and courteous phone manner when engaging with customers, particularly in challenging situations.
Team Environment: You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working collaboratively to maintain efficient transport and logistics operations.
Working Hours:
10:00 am - 5:00pm/ 5/30pm
Inventory Control Assistant
Location: Dandenong South
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Inventory Control Assistant to support our inventory team with cycle counts, data management, and inventory analysis. This role is suited for individuals with a logistics background and strong Excel proficiency. You will be responsible for both hands-on inventory tasks and administrative data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Inventory Manager in conducting accurate cycle counts, verifying stock levels, and performing data analysis.
Execute stock slotting procedures and manage updates to material numbers.
Balance administrative tasks with on-site inventory verification (50/50 split).
Record and analyse data with precision, utilising Excel for effective reporting.

Working Hours:
9:30 am - 5:00/5:30 pm.
