Summary/Objective

Provides a variety of materials and stock receiving and handling functions in support of warehouse and 3PL (SAFE) operations.

Key Performance Indicators

· Unload and receive all stock and goods when delivered by freight contractor.

· Unpack and check all goods delivered within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

· Book / Receive all stock and goods into LN stock system within 24 hours of receipt.

· Put away all goods and stock within 24 hours of receipt.

· Report all receipt discrepancies within 24 hours of initial delivery of stock.

· Complete all cycle counts and physical inventory counts as instructed by the Warehouse Team Leader.

Essential Functions

· Receive delivered goods (stock and material).

· Safely unload goods from delivery contractor vehicle.

· Unpack and inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents.

· Check, sort and count ensuring the correct goods and quantity of goods has been receipted against the company PO.

· Review receiving paperwork for correctness, research and resolve stock discrepancies.

· Identify appropriate stock locations supporting FIFO rotation and stock consolidation efforts.

· Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments

· Put away stock in designated and assigned bin locations in Warehouse.

· Use LN / Factory Track computer system and RF scan device to achieve above.

· Package, palletize and route material to appropriate area using pallet jack, dolly, or forklift.

· Perform physical inventories and cycle counts as directed by Warehouse Team Leader.

· Assist Warehouse Team Leader with offsite transfers – Beverlye – 3PL Thebarton.

· Assist Warehouse Team leader with identifying and managing the SLOB stock in Beverley Warehouse.

· Knowledge of Lancer Quality Systems

· Other duties as assigned by Warehouse management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Beginner / Intermediate Exell User, with data entry experience a plus.

· Overall understanding of Microsoft Suite of products – Word, Exell, email.

· Must have a valid Forklift License and have extensive reach truck driving experience.

· Able to complete written reports.

· Able to use miscellaneous material handling equipment (i.e.- pallet jacks, dollies).

· Detail-oriented.

· Must be physical fit due to constant lifting required.

Education & Experience

· Previous shipping / receiving and / or warehouse related experience required.

· Previous Experience working with Stock Management Systems required.

· Previous use and understanding of RF Scanners and related equipment required.
