Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the property management team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day property management operations across residential and/or commercial portfolios.
• Develop and implement efficient systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Drive business development initiatives to grow the property management division.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management (minimum 5+ years), with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of local property legislation, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional qualifications or certifications in property management or Real Estate.
