About Your Role;

Your focus will be designing and selling premium off-grid solar and battery storage systems to our qualified leads, ensuring the best outcomes for both parties.

Responsibilities include;

Successful and ethical conversion of leads to sales to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs and revenue

Load assessments, system design and quoting using our superior, easy-to-navigate in-house software

Qualified leads provided, with some lead generation expected

Build and preserve a strong sales pipeline, including CRM management

Form and maintain strategic and effective client relationships to drive growth

Manage and attend client meetings as required

Attendance of some industry and trade shows

About You;

We are seeking a self-driven, energetic individual who will thrive as part of our successful team and demonstrates the following attributes;

Solutions-based sales focus, with attention to detail

Highest standards in work quality and customer service

A quick learner that is hungry to succeed and deliver results

Motivated, positive, passionate, well-presented, and organised

Clear, precise, and persuasive communicator

Ability to reliably work autonomously and as part of a team

Willingly complete all facets of sales tasks promptly

Computer proficiency (Email, Excel, Word, SketchUp a bonus)

Solar or electrical knowledge is advantageous, but not a necessity

Hold a current unrestricted valid Australian driver’s licence
