We're on the lookout for a strategic, creative and data-driven marketer to help grow our professional development brand.

You’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Generating & nurturing high-quality leads
✔️ Creating awareness of our PD services
✔️ Driving conversions via email, content, social & paid ads
✔️ Tracking campaign performance & refining strategies
✔️ Supporting event promotion, engagement, and growth

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

1+ year in marketing, lead generation or digital growth

Proven track record of measurable results

Experience with:

Google Ads & Analytics

Meta Business Suite

Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign

Canva, website CMS, SEO

Excellent content creation & copywriting skills

Self-starter with strong time management

Passion for education, nature play or community-led initiatives
