With at least 18 months of work on the books, we are looking to appoint a Supervisor to lead their high-performing production team.

About the Role
As the Precast Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the precast facility, ensuring all work meets project timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications. You will work closely with the Precast Manager to assign resources effectively, supervise staff and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
