About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join a leading healthcare non-for-profit organisation. This role is part of an agile and forward-thinking team that supports the customization, deployment, integration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative solutions that are compliant with IT governance, data privacy, and business needs.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with in-depth Dynamics CRM knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working across software development teams to deliver on diverse priorities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, overseeing technical configurations, requirements, and system upgrades.
• Lead technical analysis sessions focused on solution design and business process alignment.
• Prioritize leveraging out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionalities, while addressing business gaps through custom solutions.
• Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.
• Work with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to develop and upgrade CRM applications.
• Provide continuous system maintenance and address system issues or user concerns as they arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers, developers, IT leads, and external vendors to align with organizational priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

• A tertiary degree in business, IT, or a related field of study.
• Extensive experience with end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Advanced expertise in workflows, plugins, reports, and integration processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure tools such as App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Strong understanding of Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and data security measures.
• Industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or Power Platform.

Desirable Skills:

• Over three years of experience working with Office 365 applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, .NET Core).
• Additional certifications in specialized Dynamics 365 modules, such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
• Knowledge of related Microsoft technologies including SQL/SSRS/SSIS, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
