About the role

We have management roles currently available amongst our diverse group of Hotels (PUBS) on the NSW North Coast between Coffs Harbour and Grafton. Full-time positions are available in senior management roles that will see you leading and supporting a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive the performance of the hotels.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including bottle shop, food and beverage service, gaming and live entertainment offerings

Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and venue policies

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals

Foster a positive and guest-centric culture within the venues

Represent the hotels at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

General Manager - Significant experience (5+ years) in a general manager or senior hospitality management role

Duty Managers - Hospitality supervisors/junior managers seeking the next step in their professional journey

A proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in the hospitality industry

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities

Outstanding customer service focus and problem-solving skills

Thorough understanding of hospitality industry regulations and best practices
