About the role:
We are looking for an outgoing and customer-focused people to join us in promoting our range of premium products. You’ll work from our branded pop-up stands located in retail shopping areas, where you’ll engage with potential customers, provide information about our products, and help generate leads for our sales team.

$32.06 per hour plus super (paid weekly)

About you:
Previous experience in customer service, call centre work, retail, hospitality or sales (highly desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people
Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional results
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both a verbal and written context
Ability to travel to various retail locations across Melbourne (agreed in advance)
Able to work across a 7-day rotating roster
Hold a current driver's license and regular access to own vehicle
We note that previous experience in customer service, call centre work, retail, hospitality or sales may be advantageous (but not essential) as you will be expected to be proactive in speaking with people walking by our pop up stand and promoting our products. Full training is provided to set you up for success!
