Due to growth we are looking for a receptionist to join our team!

The position will be primarily based at our office in North Lakes, with some travel between all branches required on occasion.

The Role:

· Welcoming and greeting patients upon arrival

· Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions

· Manage appointment scheduling and reminders

· Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

· All administration responsibilities for the practice including emailing correspondence

About You:

· High attention to detail

· Flexibility, reliability and punctuality

· Have amazing communication and interpersonal skills

· A cheerful and friendly manner

· Be keen, energetic and hard working

· Have excellent organisational and time management skills

· Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing environment

· Own transport and license
