About the role

Silverdale Hospitality Pty Ltd is seeking an onsite Management Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of a tourist park located in Busselton, Western Australia. This is a full-time position offering the unique opportunity to manage a diverse hospitality business in a stunning coastal setting.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of park management, including reception, housekeeping staff, maintenance, and guest services

Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

Managing staff, including rostering and training

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across the park

Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in the tourism or holiday park industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Skilled in staff management

Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvement
