About the role

This full-time Resident Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Argyle Management Services in Burswood WA 6100. As the Resident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the organisation's hospitality and facility management and tourism facilities. This is a pivotal position that plays a key strategic role in driving the success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage the overall operation of the hospitality, facility management and tourism facilities, including staff, budgets, and maintenance

Ensure high standards of customer service, resident and guest satisfaction

Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the hospitality and facility management teams

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability

Manage budgets and financial reporting

Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a management role within the hospitality, facility management and tourism industry

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving financial performance

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Licensed under the Real Estate and Agents Act 1978 (WA)
