About the Role:
Enrolment Officer (Early Childhood) - Immediate Start | $80K + Super | Possibility for Perm!
Are you a detail-driven admin superstar with a passion for early childhood education? Do you thrive on making processes run smoothly, supporting families with care, and rolling out new systems with confidence?
Tradewind Australia is on the lookout for a dynamic and personable Enrolment Officer to join one of our Early Years clients on a temp basis-with the potential for this to turn into a permanent role for the right person.
This is a newly created position, offering you the rare opportunity to help shape the role from day one. You'll be diving into the implementation of a new enrolment system, streamlining processes, and ensuring families and educators feel fully supported every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing enrolments: Collecting, verifying, and updating enrolment data for children entering our early childhood services.
- Supporting families: Providing clear, compassionate communication to guide them through enrolment processes and answer queries.
- System implementation: Assisting in the rollout of a new enrolment platform - ideally EnrolNow (or similar).
- Data entry & compliance: Ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance at every step.
- Team collaboration: Working closely with educators and advisors to coordinate program schedules and share enrolment insights.
- Admin & reporting: Creating enrolment reports, correspondence, and keeping sensitive info secure.
You'll Need:
- Experience with EnrolNow or a similar early childhood enrolment system.
- A background in the Early Childhood sector - you understand the families, the policies, and the importance of detail.
- A friendly, helpful approach to working with both staff and families.
- Top-notch attention to detail - you catch the little things that others miss.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle - travel between sites may be required.
- A valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Australian work rights.
