Drive Personnel, an established labour hire service providor in Western Australia inside the mining and resource & construction secotrs, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in West Perth.

About the Role

Your role will be focusing on The Mining, Civil and construction sectors. Serciving ASX, tier 1 , 2 and 3 contractors you will be required to utlise your proven recruitment experience to maintain existing relationships, Build new ones and Grow your division. With roles ranging from temp to perm, ongoing casual rosters FIFO and or LOCAL.

We work as a unified team out of our offices in West Perth with 1X RDO per Month (after probation). If you are enegergetic, Love hustling for your clients and your candidates then this is the role for you.

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and experience in sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants. You will collaborate with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and attract candidates through various sources such as social media and employee referrals.

Responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications

Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels

Screening resumes and conducting interviews

Assessing applicants' relevant skills and aptitudes

Onboarding new employees

Monitoring HR best practices and providing analytical reports

Building relationships with candidates during the selection process

Promoting the company as a great place to work

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter

Ability to conduct various types of interviews

Hands-on experience with selection processes and recruiting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills
