Who are we?
At Early Intervention Support Services (EISS), we provide outreach support to children, teenagers, and their families nationwide. Our dedicated team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Allied Health Assistants, ensuring that all our families are supported on their therapeutic journey. More information is available on our website, https://www.earlyinterventionsupport.com.au/careers
Community-Based Psychology
We provide support exclusively through outreach therapy in the family’s home, school, kindergarten, or childcare. Outreach therapy can offer a comforting and school-friendly alternative to clinic settings for children, which can result in less therapy resistance and post-therapy session fatigue. For the Allied Health Professional, outreach therapy provides deeper understanding of the child’s challenges, promoting relevant intervention and support methods. More information is available on our website, earlyinterventionsupport.com.au/outreachtherapy.
Why Join Our Team?
Nine Weeks Paid Leave: Benefit from up to eight (8) weeks of paid annual leave (pro rata) plus an extra one (1) week (pro-rata) for professional development, ensuring ample time to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Travel Benefits: The travel aspect of the role ensures a variety of therapy delivery settings. It also allows therapists to reset between sessions, whether that be through listening to podcasts, blasting music, or chatting with friends or family! We look after our team, and provide above-industry standard travel benefits.
Above-Average Remuneration: All of our therapists are reimbursed above-industry standards. We also offer a monthly employee rewards program.
Professional Development: All therapists receive a generous PD allowance and the equivalent of 5-work days to complete further education in an area of their interest.
Team Engagement: Participate in regular activities with our Allied Health Team, fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.
