Your Opportunity
Want to help shape brighter futures-starting from day one? As our new Early Childhood Pathways Connector, you'll energize communities, empower parents, and champion the value of early learning. You'll be the go-to guide for families navigating early childhood services, linking them with the right resources and encouraging strong engagement from the very start. This is your chance to bring your passion to the forefront and help kids and their families kick off their education journey with confidence and joy.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide information to families about the importance of early learning
  • Assist educators and families in transition processes where applicable
  • Provide individualised support to secure positions in pre-school
  • Work collaboratively with early childhood workers and facilitators, families and other
    professionals
  • Assist people with culturally and linguistically varied backgrounds
  • Participate in local working group activities and community events

Requirements for Success

  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least one year experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
  • Knowledge of child development & current early childhood intervention practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Experience in providing training and workshops for professionals and families
  • Experience in local service networking

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualification review, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
