Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Transferable skills ideally in a similar industry, for example, sales, real estate or account management will be considered
• Sales or account management experience which will enable you to continue developing your business development skills
• Commitment to stakeholder service delivery
• Ability to learn and understand the technical discipline for which you are accountable
• Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a driven team

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from business development, job and candidate management to successful placements.
• Business development will involve client calls and meetings to existing and new business
• Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates.
• Conduct candidate attraction campaigns, interviews and reference checks.
• Effectively manage key client relationships and new business
• Analyse and maximise market trends and opportunities
