You’ll be based exclusively in Wilton, with exclusive access to all Wollongong leads, giving you a powerful advantage to build your pipeline and achieve outstanding results.
As a Sales Consultant reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll guide clients through the full journey of building their dream home. From first contact to final signature, you'll be the trusted face of the business, helping clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to contract
• Build strong relationships with land agents and ensure quick follow-up on all leads and appointments
• Leverage an uncapped commission structure to take full control of your earning potential

Your Work Week

This role includes weekend and public holiday work, with two weekdays off between Monday and Friday

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in new home sales is ideal, but candidates from luxury retail, cabin crew, car sales, or real estate will be strongly considered
• A strong focus on presentation, professionalism, and making an excellent first impression is essential
• A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
• Resilience, negotiation skills, and confidence under pressure
• A self-motivated mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Own reliable transport and a valid full driver's licence are non-negotiable requirements
