As our Client Experience & Wellness Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner

Manage bookings, emails, phone calls, and inquiries

Recommend and upsell services and packages to meet client needs

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Work closely with the therapy team to ensure a smooth client journey

Requirements:

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, spa, or wellness reception

Confidence in customer service and consultative sales

Presentable, organised, and tech-savvy

Friendly, team-focused, and passionate about health & wellness

Availability for at least one weekend shift is a bonus
