KITA is dedicated to delivering high quality nationally recognised, high risk & industry-based training and assessment programs.
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking passionate and suitably experienced people to join our training team. Successful candidates will be supported through their development by other well experienced Trainers within the business.
About The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, nationally accredited training and assessment across a range of industries, including construction, safety, manufacturing, mining, and resources.
You will be responsible for guiding students toward successful learning outcomes while maintaining compliance and industry standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and capable of engaging with learners from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience and education.
We are seeking skilled and passionate trainers who are ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Provide flexible, interesting, inclusive and relevant training sessions and assist all learners regardless of their level of experience
Undertake required planning and preparation for classroom and practical training prior to course commencing
Maintain a current Trainer Assessor Profile including Professional Development.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the VET Sector and RTO Standards.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor.
WA Worksafe Assessor Registration.
Driver’s license and own transport.
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel to all training locations including customer on-site locations around WA as required.
We are seeking Trainers/Assessors for the following courses:
HRWL – Trainer and Assessor
CPCCLDG3001 - Licence to perform dogging
CPCCLRG3001 - Licence to perform rigging basic level
CPCCLRG3002 - Licence to perform rigging intermediate level
Any other HRWL classes and additional units on our scope highly regarded.
