Latrobe Early Learning is a well-respected early learning service located in Latrobe situated on the North West of Tasmania offering care to children aged 0-5 years. Dedicated to providing quality educational care, interactive learning, and a large outdoor environment, we are looking at an experienced highly motivated teacher to inspire and be part of a great team.
This role will require the successful applicant to work alongside the service Educators providing support with room curriculums and supporting the Senior team in the office.

Responsibilities:
Support, develop and deliver curriculum founded on the Service's philosophy whilst following the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning.
Develop strategies to guide positive children's behaviour.
Build good, open communication with children, families, and staff.
Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safe.
You will need:
You must hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) teaching degree.
Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills.
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop respectful relationships with children and positively manage groups of children.
Ability to mentor and develop respectful relationships with others and positively manage the other educators.
A good level of computer literacy.
Current First Aid Certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training.
Tasmanian Working with Children Card.
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
Experience working in an early childhood setting.

Conditions
Permanent part-time position of 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday. (6 hours per day)
