This position is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early childhood educational programs at Council’s Valley Children’s Centre.

We are seeking talented and motivated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators individuals to join our team based in New Norfolk.

To be successful, you will have:

Essential

AQF Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP).

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.

Demonstrated administrative skills relevant to the role, including report-writing and planning.

Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team environment to ensure high-quality service.

Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.

Current Working with Vulnerable People check valid for paid employment.

Current National Police Check.

Current first-aid certification, including first aid, anaphylaxis management and emergency asthma management.

Current Food Safety Certificate.
