The Role:
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an accredited Building Certifier to join their Gold Coast team. Whether your background is in residential or commercial projects, there’s flexibility to tailor the workload to your strengths.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and approving building applications in line with legislative requirements
• Conducting site inspections as needed
• Providing advice and guidance to clients to support smooth project delivery
• Maintaining clear documentation and compliance standards

This role is office based in Labrador, with travel required to project sites as necessary.

About You:
You’re an experienced and accredited building certifier (Level 1, 2 or 3) with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and codes. You’re confident working autonomously, and pride yourself on being approachable, practical, and responsive when dealing with clients.
You’ll also need:

• QBCC accreditation as a Building Certifier
• Experience with domestic and/or commercial certification projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
