We’re working with a well-regarded builder delivering new commercial education projects across Brisbane, with values up to $5 million. They’re seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator who can manage procurement, reporting, and contract compliance with a sharp eye for detail.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Preparing and managing head contracts and subcontracts
- Procurement and tender analysis
- Progress claims, variations, and RFI tracking
- Budget control and cost forecasting
- Liaising with site teams, consultants, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with project scope and timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction methodologies
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in project software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore, or similar)
