Role : Data Specialist
12- month initial contract
Based in Ipswich (Brisbane Western Sub)
2-3 days from office per week
Daily rate up to $950 pd.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Specialist for a government client based in Ipswich.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data integration, transformation, and analytics who thrives in a collaborative and agile environment.

About You:

• Proven experience in data engineering, ETL development, or similar roles
• Several years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server technologies (SSIS, SSRS), T-SQL
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Experience with data modelling and transformation best practices
• Experience in building data pipelines and CI/ CD solutions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric (desirable)
