Full time permanent position

Wentworth Shire Council is seeking applications for the position of Plant Operator/Labourer (Truck). This position will work as a part of Council’s road construction team and the successful applicant will need to have demonstrated experience in road maintenance and construction activities, along with appropriate experience in the operation of a variety of plant and equipment.

The position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probation period and has a commencement salary of $61,582.82 plus 11.5% superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to successfully undertake a fit for work assessment along with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
