The Position

• Overseeing the property management department
• No portfolio management - pure management
• Day-to-day troubleshooting, guidance & mentoring
• Building and nurturing key internal relationships
• Recruitment, onboarding and regular 1:1's with your team
• Assisting with training & development of junior staff

Skills & Experience

• Previous Head of Department or Team Leader experience in residential property management
• A caring and empathetic nature
• A solutions person who is also results-driven
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with a collaborative approach
• Strong knowledge of the RTA
