Fringe Brands have a rewarding opportunity available for a results-driven salesperson to represent two premium brands within the hairdressing industry, Great Lengths (Hair Extensions) and La Biosthetique.

The successful candidate will be based at the Neutral Bay office and will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales, onboarding new customers and providing exceptional customer support and account management.

This is an opportunity for a motivated candidate with knowledge of the hairdressing industry to excel in their sales career.

What’s involved?

● Following up on inbound leads and proactively identifying and contacting new prospects.

● Conducting product presentations and clearly communicating the value proposition of the brands.

● Efficiently onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless customer journey and fostering strong relationships.

● Maintaining and expanding existing accounts through regular communication, exceptional customer service, and proactive problem-solving.

● Attending and participating in customer events, tradeshows, and presentations.

● Maintaining meticulous records within the CRM

Salary & Benefits

$80,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions

Family run business with a lovely small team

Inbound leads to be followed up on (good commission to be earned in addition to base salary)

Based in Neutral Bay with an opportunity for some work from home flexibility after initial 6 months.

Do you have the following?

Sales experience within the hairdressing/ beauty industry

An understanding of salon businesses

Exceptional communication skills

Superior organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM and quick to adapt to using different technology.
