We are currently seeking a confident and self-directed Accredited Practising Dietitian to join our hospital-based team at Mater Private Hospital Springfield. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys variety in clinical work, and values being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct nutrition assessments, reviews, and care planning for inpatients

Manage a diverse caseload including malnutrition, wound healing, enteral nutrition, and chronic disease

Work closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health teams to support patient care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to best-practice outcomes

What You’ll Need:

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status

Preference given to those who have worked in a dietetic setting, as nutrition assistant, private practice or outpatient setting will be considered

Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently

Police Check, Driver’s Licence, and Professional Indemnity Insurance

We’d Love if You Also Have:

Experience managing diabetes, GI disorders, malnutrition, or enteral feeds

Strong and efficient documentation skills

A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting patients

Confidence in promoting the value of dietetics within the hospital setting
