Key leadership role at a small, community oriented, not-for-profit Western Australian residential aged care and retirement living provider in Perth's Northern suburbs. What you need to know:
- Minimum 6 month contract to cover leave, with potential for extension
- Operational responsibility of a 60 bed facility in the Joondalup area
- Manage and empower staff to excel by providing support, direction and guidance
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs, overseeing the roster and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
- Raise the bar and ensure the facility operates in line with aged care legislation
- Conduct audits and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
- Ensure the delivery of superb customer service, managing feedback and complaints

About you:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in residential aged care as a Service Manager is essential

- Driven, outcomes focused, open minded, and passionate about raising the bar in aged care
- Superb interpersonal, communication and networking skills, able to build productive relationships with all stakeholders
