Job Opportunity: Thiess Component Rebuild Technicians – Workshop Roles in Brisbane

About Us:
Heavy Maintenance Australia (HMA) is looking for skilled Component Rebuild Technicians to join the Thiess CRC workshop team in Darra. Specializing in the rebuilding of mining equipment components, we offer hands-on training and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in a state-of-the-art facility.

What We Require:

• Must live in Australia and have the right to work in Australia.
• Mechanic/Fitter/Automotive Mechanic Trade Certificate (We are happy to upskill mechanics to Diesel Fitting).
• Component rebuilding experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Caterpillar, Liebherr, Hitachi, or Komatsu equipment is highly desirable.
• A positive “Can Do” attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Seeking long-term employment with career growth.
• Forklift and Doggers ticket required (Must be whiling to obtain through our training providers)

What We Offer:

• Day Shift: 0600 – 1600
• Afternoon Shift: 1530 – 0030

• Shift Hours: Monday to Friday (Day Shift and Afternoon Shift)
