A new opening is available for an Assistant Accountant. Directly supporting the Finance Manager, this position features wide-ranging tasks and professional development opportunities, including:

Process accounts payable and receivable with precision and efficiency

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with month-end and quarterly financial reporting processes

Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding financial matters

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required

To be considered for this role you will have at least 1-2 years' experience working in an accounts payable role within a large organisation, and ideally studying towards a CPA/CA. You will also have excellent communication skills, be an analytical thinker with high attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and committed team.
