What You’ll Do

• Manage a capped caseload of 200 TPD claims with the support of a paralegal and secretary.
• Review policies to assess eligibility and claim viability.
• Prepare and lodge claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Draft clear, concise advice to guide clients through the process.
• Keep clients informed with timely updates and professional communication.
• Maintain high service standards with clear, professional, and efficient case management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum one year of TPD experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple claims effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to successful client outcomes.
