DescriptionThe Cheque Direction team plays a crucial role in processing cheques for settlement and assisting customer with their cheque related enquiry. Ensuring that all details on the cheque are correct and valid. They're the bridge between customers and the business, processing transactions, providing vital information, and solving any concerns that arise. Their role requires accuracy, excellent communication skills, and an ability to keep things running efficiently.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Ensuring accuracy in verifying cheque information and processing transactions.
- Assisting customers with cheque relating inquiries, and support requests.
- Handling financial transactions and calculations efficiently.
- Addressing issues such as discrepancies of cheques promptly.
- Providing settlement information: Ensuring customers receive accurate details
- Resolving customer issues: Addressing concerns efficiently and escalating when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meeting performance targets: Achieving service level agreement with our bank clients.
- Works collaboratively with others.
- Deliver results and meet customer expectation.
- Adapts and response to change
- Open to learn a new skill outside home team.
