About the role

Come and join our team at Babyroad as a Retail Advisor! We have openings for a full-time or permanent casual position in our store at Booragoon, WA 6154. In this role, you'll help customers have a great shopping experience by providing friendly, professional service, learning and sharing information about our products, and closing sales.

What you'll be doing

Providing service to assist our customers in making the right product purchase choices

Assisting with the merchandising and presentation of our product range

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

Restocking and replenishing shelves

Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times

Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

What we're looking for

Experience is essential in a specialist retail customer service role

Strong service and closing sales ability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A passion for providing exceptional, caring customer experiences
