An architectural practice in Sydney is seeking a talented senior interior designer with developed skills in multi-residential projects from design development to construction and delivery. Desirable qualities include the ability to lead and support a team and mentoring junior staff. Confidence presenting to clients & managing consultants. Excellent communication, documentation and visual skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-residential projects from concept to construction

Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members

Collaborate with design team in a medium-sized close-knit studio

Ensure delivery of high-quality details

Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers

Produce beautiful documentation

Skills & Experience

Proven experience working on relevant projects

Excellent design sensitivity

Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge

Strong understanding of DAs

Excellent communication skills

Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
