About the Role

DD Lawyers' is a boutique law firm, seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their property law team in Wishart, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in providing end-to-end conveyancing services to clients. If you have a passion for property law and a strong customer service approach, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected legal practice.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing transactions from start to finish

Conduct title and contract reviews, prepare and lodge documents with the Land Titles Office

Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process

Provide prompt, clear and accurate advice to clients on all legal matters related to their property transaction

Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing regulations

work independently but also work in a team environment

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience working as a Conveyancer/Paralegal

Comprehensive knowledge of property law, conveyancing practices and procedures

Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in plain language

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pleasant and confident phone ethics

Proficient in using conveyancing software (Smokeball) and Microsoft Office applications

Legal or conveyancing qualifications highly regarded
