What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

✅ Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122), or equivalent as per ASQA requirements – Essential

✅ Relevant qualifications and current industry experience in early childhood education and care – Essential

✅ Proven ability to engage, motivate, and support learners

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
