Our Client:
A major government department driving digital transformation and modernising enterprise content management systems.

The role:
The Scrum Master will lead agile delivery for a critical ECM transformation project, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement within a hybrid agile/PRINCE2 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an Agile Delivery Framework tailored to project needs.
• Facilitate and optimise Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Coach teams in agile practices to improve delivery outcomes and team maturity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project backlogs and support sprint delivery.
• Remove delivery roadblocks and support teams in adaptive problem-solving.
• Maintain alignment with public service values and code of conduct.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Track record of coaching teams through agile transformation.
• Ability to manage risks, blockers, and shifting requirements.
• Understanding of software development and release practices.
