Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our high-performing team in New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven professional to take ownership of a range of infrastructure and commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager at Hanlon Industries, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that time, quality, safety, and budget expectations are met. You’ll be the key contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. A typical day could include:

Planning and managing projects from initiation through to delivery

Coordinating site personnel, subcontractors, and project teams

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction

Overseeing scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and cost control

Ensuring compliance with OHS&E and quality standards

Managing documentation, permits, and reporting

Responding proactively to delays, challenges, and scope changes

Coordinating resources, materials, and equipment needs

What You’ll Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and outstanding people skills. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,
or a relevant trade qualification with 3+ years of project management experience

Proven experience in infrastructure or commercial building projects

Demonstrated leadership skills and decision-making capability

Proficiency in project management software and systems and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Solid understanding of construction methodologies and technical drawings

Strong organisational and communication abilities

Experience with safety, quality, and compliance documentation

Ability to manage project budgets, scheduling, and reporting
