We’re looking for a Customer Experience Representative (Level 1) to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients. This can be a remote, work-from-home position.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Level 1 technical support for hosting, networking, and NBN services
Respond to customer queries via phone and email
Maintain accurate records and customer information across internal systems
Follow internal knowledge resources and escalate issues when required
Process account updates, cancellations, payments, and service requests
Handle complaints with empathy, clarity, and a solution focused mindset
Support internal teams by coordinating across departments as needed
Recommend services and share relevant promotions with clients
