Remuneration: $75,011.44 - $87,199.34 pa + superannuation & leave loading
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for supporting transparent, effective governance? We’re looking for a Council Business Officer to play a key role in coordinating the production of Business Papers, Agendas, and Meeting Minutes for Council and its Committees. In this position, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of Council’s decision-making processes while providing high level administrative support to our Governance and Risk Team. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy making things run seamlessly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!
To be successful for this role you will require:
- Qualification in Administration or related field, or relevant experience or demonstrated experience working in a professional office environment.
- High level of competence in the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to adapt quickly to other software programs.
- Significant attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to follow and champion relevant policies, procedures, processes, regulations, and precedents relevant to the team.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Valid National Police Check.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
